Swapnil Nikam

Swapnil Nikam is an experienced professional with a background in project management and event operations. Currently holding the position of Sr Projects Executive at Pilgrim since December 2024, Swapnil previously worked as a Retail Projects Executive at SUGAR Cosmetics from January 2022 to December 2024, where expertise in retail project management was developed. Prior experience includes a role in event operations and production at Outfox Media Group from November 2016 to December 2019. Swapnil holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Earthinators Climate School, completed in 2008.
