Currently serving as Site Engineering Manager at Pilgrim's Europe since September 2025, Matthew previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Branston Ltd and Chief Engineer at GreenCore Salads Limited. Matthew's career includes significant roles such as Engineering Manager at GreenCore Food To Go Limited and Interim Engineering Manager at both Pro Tem Engineering Services Ltd and Greencore.
