Monica Robson

Monica Robson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Pilgrims Hospice Society since May 2017, Monica previously held the position of Executive Director at Christenson Communities from April 2016 to May 2017 and was responsible for employment branding and internal communications at AIMCo from November 2013 to December 2015. Monica's earlier career includes the Executive Director role at St. Joseph's Hospice, where responsibilities encompassed overall operations and strategic planning, as well as a Marketing Director position at Manulife Financial, focusing on mutual funds and structured products. With foundational experience as a Director at TD, overseeing multiple departments and a Senior Communications Manager, Monica holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Western Ontario and is a Certified Financial Planner.
