Helen Bennett FCIPD is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in human resources and workforce development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and previously as the Director of HR and Workforce Development at Pilgrims Hospices since October 2011, Helen oversees a large workforce of over 400 staff and 1,500 volunteers, ensuring the effective delivery of palliative care services.
