Ernesto Barrezueta

Ernesto Barrezueta, MBA, currently serves as the Plant Manager at Pilgrim's, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ernesto was the Operations Manager at Smithfield Foods from July 2017 to March 2023, overseeing multiple departments including kill, cut, and value-added conversion. From May 2006 to July 2017, Ernesto worked as the Production Manager at Kayem Foods, Inc., directing production activities across various plant operations. Ernesto holds an MBA from Delaware State University, a Black Belt Six Sigma certification from Dartmouth College, a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Soil Science and Agronomy from EAP Zamorano.
