Katherine Sexton Barnhart is an experienced food safety and quality assurance professional with a strong background in the poultry industry. Currently serving as Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager at Pilgrim's since June 2015, Katherine has held various roles at the company, including HACCP Superintendent and Supervisor Quality Assurance. Katherine's experience includes an internship in prepared foods research and product development at Pilgrim's and a live production internship at Sanderson Farms. Prior to these roles, Katherine served as Combined Band Recruiting Officer with the Aggie Band, leading recruitment efforts for prospective cadets. Katherine holds a degree in Poultry Science from Texas A&M University, graduated in 2015.
