Kelly Whalen

Kelly Whalen is a seasoned safety professional with extensive experience in contractor management and occupational health. Currently serving as a Safety Manager Trainee at Pilgrim's since April 2014, Kelly manages over 1,400 contractors across more than 40 complexes in the United States and acts as a liaison between Pilgrim's/JBS and ISNetworld. Previous roles include Health and Safety Technician at Wayne Farms, where responsibilities involved handling Workers Compensation cases and conducting safety training, and Licensed Practical Nurse at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University, an Associate of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Georgia, and training as a Licensed Practical Nurse from Lanier Area Tech.
