Jun has more than a decade of experience in innovative business process design and implementation, as well as call center set-up and management. He designed the successful bid to land key Philippine government accounts which formed Pilipinas Teleserv's core clientele. Prior to Pilipinas Teleserv, he was general manager of PIASI, a BPO that specializes in appointment systems, back office and customer support for embassies. Jun is a co-founder of Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP), member of the Philippine Academy of Sakya Board of Trustees as well as the Alumni Association Board. He is a licensed electronics and communications engineer, gained from De La Salle University. In 2010, he was given The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) award for entrepreneurship.
