Ian Flockhart

Ian Flockhart has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and data science. Ian has worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Data Scientist at Pillar Biosciences since 2017. Prior to that, they worked at CSIdentity as a Senior Software Engineer from 2014 to 2017. Ian also has experience working in academia, as they were a Silicon Wrangler at Harvard Medical School from 2002 to 2014 and an Adjunct Instructor at Brandeis University from 2008 to 2012. Before that, they worked at AlphaGene, Inc. as a Silicon Wrangler from 1997 to 2002 and at Nabnasset Corp. as a Senior Programmer from 1995 to 1997.

Ian Flockhart pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1984 to 1989. Ian later pursued an M.S. degree in Bioinformatics from Brandeis University from 2005 to 2009.
