Brian Fike

Brian Fike has a diverse work experience, starting with their roles at NVR, Inc. where they served as a Sales Associate from June 2006 to April 2010, followed by their position as a Production Supervisor from April 2010 to July 2011. Brian then joined Pillar Innovations, initially starting as a Sales Manager from July 2011 to October 2014. Brian then progressed to become an Assistant Division Manager from November 2014 to October 2017. Brian's responsibilities continued to grow as they took on the role of Morgantown Division Manager from October 2017 to December 2018. Subsequently, they were promoted to Regional Vice President of Operations from January 2019 to May 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Operations at Pillar Innovations starting from May 2023.

Brian Fike attended Bridgewater College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting.
