Thelma Jackson-Thompson

Thelma Jackson-Thompson is currently a Program Support Specialist at OD Resource Group LLC since April 2021 and serves as the Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. In addition, Thelma has been the ERSEA & Family Engagement Manager at Pillars Community Health since March 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the ERSEA and Family Engagement Team for a Head Start Grantee and managing the ChildPlus data system, ensuring the eligibility of 550 families and overseeing user access for new employees.
