Nick Beyer is a highly experienced project engineer and plant manager with a strong background in operations management within the livestock feed industry. Currently serving as a project engineer at Pillen Family Farms since January 2018, Nick Beyer focuses on barn ventilation audits, vendor collaboration for improvement projects, and biosecurity enhancements. Previous roles include plant manager at Hubbard Feeds and Purina Animal Nutrition, where Nick Beyer was responsible for the financial management, production oversight, and compliance with safety standards of substantial livestock feed plants. Nick Beyer's career began as a shift supervisor at Ag Processing Inc. and encompasses roles that required effective employee management, operational efficiency, and inventory control. Nick Beyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Iowa State University.

Pillen Family Farms is a multi-generational Nebraska-based family agribusiness company. Our daily commitment is to produce high-quality pork while protecting the environment and promoting animal welfare. Our farms support local economies and annually purchase 14 million bushels of corn out of the field and from cooperatives. If planted in a twelve row strip, this would be enough corn to make over a complete circle around the globe. Annually, we produce enough pork to feed over 13 million people.
