Charles Donley

Charles Donley is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in the aviation, aerospace, and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Partner and Chair of the Aviation, Aerospace and Transportation practice at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP since July 2015, Charles also held the position of Partner in the Aviation Group. Prior to this role, Charles worked at Squire Patton Boggs for nearly three decades, starting in September 1988 and concluding in July 2015, where Charles was also a Partner in the Aviation Group. Charles holds a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law and an AB in Government/Economics from Cornell University, alongside academic experience at the University of Cambridge in 1986.
