Iris Clémence Zeliha Karaman has a robust background in international trade and regulatory law, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP since January 2023. Previously, Iris worked as an International Trade Associate and Trainee Solicitor at Hogan Lovells from August 2018 to December 2022, gaining diverse experience across various legal areas including international arbitration, antitrust, and corporate law. Early career experiences include internships and trainee roles at prestigious organizations such as the United Nations and the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. Iris holds a Master’s in Development Studies & Economics from the University of Cambridge and a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Warwick, in addition to a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School.
