Paul Washlock has a diverse work experience in various roles within the chemical industry. Paul started their career at Dow Chemical in 1991, where they held positions such as Research Engineer, Manufacturing-Technology Manager, Senior Pharmaceutical Industry Specialist, and Senior Pharmaceutical Industry Manager. In these roles, they focused on managing key accounts, developing global sales, and implementing technology and production strategies. In 2012, Paul joined Evonik Industries as the Vice President for North America - Personal Care, where they led the Personal Care Business Line for Canada, United States, and Mexico. During their time at Evonik, they were responsible for planning, product management, pricing strategies, and overall business operations. In 2015, Paul became the Managing Partner - Sales at Global Recruiters of Westfield (GRN), specializing in Marketing & Sales and Engineering in the Chemical Industry. Paul recently joined Pilot Chemical Company in 2017 as the Manager, Distributor Sales and Product Launch Leader, where they oversee distribution growth and partnerships for North America.
Paul Washlock has a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, which they obtained between 1990 and 1991. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the same university, graduating between 1986 and 1990. Additionally, Paul earned a certification in Green Belt from Six Sigma in January 2003.
