Dawn Towe has a diverse range of work experience. Dawn started their career at Target in 1996, where they held various roles over the years. Dawn began as an Executive Team Leader - HR and then went on to become a Regional Campus Recruiting Manager, where they played a crucial role in pioneering campus recruiting strategies for the company. Dawn then transitioned to become a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, responsible for leading a large team and overseeing all aspects of HR for over 4000 team members. Dawn later became a Group Leader, managing 61 pharmacies and leading a team of pharmacists and business partners.
In 2012, Dawn joined Pilot Flying J as the Director of Human Resources - Strategic Operations.
Dawn Towe holds a BA degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Western Kentucky University.
