David Bea

David Bea is the Executive Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration at Pima Community College since December 2004. David was a Board Member at NACUBO from July 2018 to June 2021. Prior to that, David worked as the Assistant Treasurer at Claremont University Consortium from 1995 to December 2004 and as a Business Manager at Times Mirror Magazines from 1992 to 1994. David holds a PhD in Higher Education and an MA in Higher Education from Claremont Graduate University, as well as a BA in Psychology from Colgate University.
