Pauline Besson

Pauline BESSON is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, as well as quality assurance and nutrition. Currently serving as Responsable HSE / RSE at PIMAN Group since November 2022, Pauline has previously held roles such as Référente qualité at Charles Chocolartisan and Diététicienne-nutritionniste at Restalliance and Sodexo. With a strong background in quality management from positions at JLB PROCESS and SARL QUENELLES LYONNAISES DESMARIS, Pauline has successfully updated health approval documentation, developed training materials, and engaged in staff training. Pauline holds a Master of Sciences in Human Nutrition, Hygiene and Quality from EDNH Lyon and has further qualifications in project management related to food and health. Additionally, Pauline completed an internship in dietetics at Institut Paul Bocuse.
