Andrew Patterson

Andrew Patterson has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Andrew started their career at Norris, Beggs & Simpson Financial Services in 2007, where they held various roles in debt origination until 2013. Andrew then joined Genworth as a Real Estate Analyst, focusing on origination and risk management from 2013 to 2016. Currently, Patterson is working at PIMCO Prime Real Estate, where they started as a Senior Associate in Debt Origination and progressed to Vice President and Director - Debt Origination - West Team Lead.

Andrew Patterson attended Loyola Marymount University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing.
