Dr. Liesa Schrand

Dr. Liesa Schrand serves as a Senior Investment Manager (Associate Director) at PIMCO Prime Real Estate since August 2019, following roles as an Investment Manager and Associate Special Projects focusing on North & Central Europe. Dr. Schrand is also a member of the Management Board at IREBS Community of Real Estate e.V., which promotes networking among real estate students and alumni in Germany. Academic contributions include a Doctoral Candidate and representative of academic staff at IREBS International Real Estate Business School, with earlier experiences as a tutor and research assistant. Previous positions span analysis in real estate at DW Real Estate GmbH, a research associate role at Florida International University, as well as involvement in tenant representation at JLL Hong Kong and real estate consulting with Deloitte Deutschland. Dr. Schrand holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Real Estate Management from IRE|BS International Real Estate Business School.
