Martin G. Schwaiger

Martin G. Schwaiger has extensive experience in asset management, currently serving as Teamleiter Asset Management at PIMCO Prime Real Estate since October 2011, with a focus on various regions including Rhein/Ruhr, CEE, and Austria, as well as residential and international office sectors. Prior roles include Portfolio Manager at SEB Asset Management S.A. from July 2008 to September 2011, and Asset Manager at PBG mbH from January 2003 to December 2007.
