Pierre Lascabettes

Pierre LASCABETTES currently serves as Directeur général adjoint at Évreux Portes de Normandie since September 2018, overseeing six key areas including economic development, employment, urban planning, urban renewal, housing, and sustainable mobility, managing a team of 80 and an annual budget of 40 million euros. Additionally, since January 2017, Pierre has held the position of Directeur de la planification, de l'habitat et des mobilités at PimPamPost, focusing on decarbonized and multimodal transport solutions for e-commerce. Pierre is also the national référent for sustainable mobility at the Association des Directeurs des Services Techniques Départementaux (ADSTD) and previously served as Directeur des transports for the Département de la Seine-Maritime and Responsable des transports for the Département de l'Eure. Pierre holds a Master II in public policies and urban services from the Institut d'études politiques de Rennes and a Maîtrise in urban planning and sustainable mobility from Nantes Université.
