Richard Mills

Richard Mills is an accomplished mining executive with extensive experience in the underground mining sector. Since January 2006, Richard has served as the Managing Director and CEO of PIMS Group Pty Ltd, leading a multi-disciplined company specializing in underground mining. Prior roles include Site Senior Executive at Eagle Downs Coal Management during its construction phase and Mine Manager positions at Vale and BMA Broadmeadows, where Richard was integral to production management. With a background as Mining Engineer Undermanager at Anglo Coal and various leadership roles at South Blackwater Coal and Gordonstone Coal Mine, Richard possesses a solid foundation in mining operations and management, complemented by dual Bachelor's degrees in Mining and Mechanical Engineering from The University of Queensland.
