Leoš Paul Bloch has experience working in various roles within the sustainability and renewable energy sectors. Leoš Paul was the Lead Business Development & Sourcing at Pina Earth, where they contributed to the development of certified climate projects and the investment into carbon removal credits from local forests in Europe. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Sustainability Advisor & Renewable Energy Lead at South Pole, a leading climate consultancy. In this role, they assisted large-scale private and public organizations in transitioning to a zero-carbon society. Leoš Paul also co-founded a sustainability startup called Kudoti and has prior experience in financial advisory services at EY and business development at Siemens Gamesa.
Leoš Paul Bloch holds a Master of Science degree in Sustainability and Social Innovation from HEC Paris. Leoš Paul also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Management from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences. Additionally, Leoš has completed an exchange semester at the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.

As a result, climate-resilient forests become a reality, and sustainable forestry is rewarded with recurring income. The carbon stored in forests can beaccurately measured and monitored by combining cutting-edge remote sensing technologies and artificial intelligence.Pina Earth's platform assists forest owners in registering their land for carbon credits. It then sells what amounts to a high-tech forest management service, assisting landowners in making forest adaptations such as planting climate-resilient tree species, which should generate extra carbon credits over time compared to if they did not undertake the sustainability-focused measures that will allow the forest to take up more carbon.
