Charles Washburn

Director, Customer Success at Pinc

Charles Washburn is the current Director of Customer Success at Pinc. Charles has over 17 years of experience in customer success, product integration and test, sustaining engineering, and offshore manufacturing support.

Washburn began their career in 1999 as a System Test Manager at Whisper Communications. Charles then became a Lead Design Engineer at Cadence Design Systems (Tality Corp) in 2000. In 2002, they became the Product Assurance Manager at Wherify Wireless. Washburn then became the Global Director of Customer Support and Services, Trimble FSM in 2006. Charles transformed a global customer operations organization, responsible for customer experience and professional services. Led the successful implementation, installation, on boarding and on-going service of more than 150,000 vehicles to global customer locations, contributing to more than $45M in annual business. This includes direct-sale enterprise to dealer-channel customer success programs. In 2017, they took on their current role as Director of Customer Success at Pinc.
