Karen Cates

Karen Cates has over twenty years of experience in accounting and finance. Karen is currently the Revenue & Cost Manager at Pinc, a position they have held for two years. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at Murdock Martell for ten months, and an accountant at WRA for two years.

Karen began their career at Convergys Corporation, where they spent just over a year as the Senior Finance Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the conversion of all accounting systems and data to PeopleSoft and Essbase, as well as the migration of contract accounting and tracking from Solomon to WMS and MS Project. Karen also oversaw the transition of financials, budgets, payroll, A/R & A/P from local to centralized processing.

After leaving Convergys Corporation, Karen spent eight years as the Accounting Manager at Reliable Power Meters. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of accounting for the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.

Karen is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Arizona.

Karen Cates has a MBA in Business from Notre Dame de Namur University and a BA in Economics and Accounting from the University of Washington.

They work with John Maley - Director, Sales, Greg Lauber - Director, Sales, and Jay Williams - Sales Development Manager. Karen Cates reports to Kevin Humphrey, VP, Sales.
