Director Of People Operations at Pinch Food Design

Alexandra Persaud has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alexandra began their career as a Sales/Fashion Intern at 10 Eleven Showroom in 2013. Alexandra then moved on to American Eagle Outfitters, where they worked as a Junior Sales Lead and Stylist from 2010 to 2013. In 2014, they interned as a Beauty PR Intern at BPCM. Alexandra then joined Saint James USA Corp. in 2016 as a Fit Model for luxury nautical wear. Alexandra worked there until 2020. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Pinch Food Design, initially as a Sales Intern and later as a Lead Booker and Social Media Coordinator. In 2018, they took on the role of Senior Event Booker and Human Resources Generalist. Most recently, since 2019, they have served as the Director of People Operations at Pinch Food Design. In 2022, they joined B9 Model Event Staffing as the Head of Guest Services, partnering with FIRST Agency @ Google.

Alexandra Persaud holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Zicklin School of Business, where they focused on Marketing Management as their major and pursued a minor in Art History. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Professional HR Management from Pace University, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Additionally, they have attained a Certificate in Project Management Fundamental Tools and Techniques from New York University in June 2023.
