Heather Johnson has over two decades of experience in operations and management within the transportation and logistics industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Pinch Transport since January 2012, Heather has held multiple roles including Operations Manager and Account Manager, overseeing a range of transportation services. Prior to this, Heather was a Dispatcher and Inside Sales representative at Damsel in Defense, contributing to initiatives aimed at empowering women. Additional experience includes serving as the Oil/Gas Customs Import Lead at Kuehne + Nagel, Operation Manager at Forward Air/Pinch Air Expedited, and Assistant Manager at Casa Ole.
