Carlos West has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Carlos began their career in 1990 as a District Manager for Dry Clean USA. In 1993, they moved to Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. as a District Manager, where they were directly accountable for 12 South Florida Locations. In 1998, West began working as a Restaurant General Manager at Popeye's Chicken & Biscuits. In 2005, they transitioned to Simon's Café & Catering as a Catering & Event Coordinator. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Restaurant General Manager at Wing Stop. In 2017, they joined Amaize Latin Flavors as a General Manager/Training Coordinator. Most recently, West has been working as a General Manager for PINCHO since 2020.

Carlos West attended Miami Pametto Sr. High from 1977 to 1980 and Miami Palmetto Senior High from 1975 to 1979, earning High School Diplomas from both. Carlos also attended Bishop College, though no degree or field of study was specified.
