Courtney Richardson

Courtney Richardson has over 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Courtney began their career in 2006 as a Neighborhood Expert at Applebee's, where they opened the store in the Hialeah location and trained and coached employees on a daily basis. In 2011, they joined TGI Fridays as a Manager, where they worked with staff and management to provide excellent customer service and was responsible for maintaining a high and active profile at all times in the restaurant. Courtney also supervised servers and kitchen staff and was in charge of making sure the staff had everything they needed to have a successful shift. In 2016, they became a General Manager at Pincho Factory.

Courtney Richardson attended Miami Dade College from 2014 to 2015 and obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in Hospitality Administration/Management. Prior to that, they attended State Fair Community College from 2004 to 2006 and studied Marine Biology.
