Bill Berrien has had a long and distinguished career in the military and business sectors. Bill began their professional career in 1991 as a Navy SEAL Team Officer and Platoon Commander, graduating from the Naval Officer Candidate School as a Distinguished Naval Graduate and receiving the 'Fire In The Gut' Award from their Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) Training class. Bill also graduated from the U.S. Army Ranger School and Naval Special Warfare Sniper Course. From 2002 to 2005, they worked for GE Healthcare as a Global Product Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Bill then moved on to Liberty Dialysis LLC as Chief Operating Officer from 2005 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Artisan Partners, L.P. as a Managing Director. In 2010, they became Chief Executive Officer of Invictus Industrial Group. In 2019, they were a Scholar in the Presidential Leadership Scholars Program, which draws upon the resources of the George W. Bush Presidential Center, the Clinton Foundation, the George Bush Presidential Library Foundation, and the Lyndon Baines Johnson Foundation. In 2020, they became Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Precision Manufacturing Technologies and Founder of PRODx - Production Expediting Technologies. Bill has also been Chief Executive Officer of Pindel Global Precision, Inc. since 2012.

Bill Berrien began their educational journey at Saint David's School (NYC) from 1972 to 1982. Bill then attended Trinity School, NYC from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained their High School degree. Following this, they attended Princeton University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned an AB in Politics. Bill then attended The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained an MA in International Economics/Affairs and Strategic Studies. Finally, they attended Harvard Business School from 2000 to 2002, where they earned an MBA in General Management. In 2003, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from GE Healthcare.
