Kieran King is currently the Chief Customer Officer at Pindrop. Kieran has over 20 years of experience in customer success and go-to-market strategy. Prior to joining Pindrop, Kieran was the Chief Customer Officer at Talkdesk from February 2020 to June 2022. In this role, Kieran was responsible for the strategy, execution and results of Talkdesk's market-leading and award-winning services including implementation, technical account management, delivery partner enablement, network engineering, expert custom services, customer success and customer support. Kieran also developed the most customer-obsessed difference-making talent in the industry and was the executive sponsor for the Women in Tech employee resource group.

Prior to Talkdesk, Kieran founded Statera Insights in July 2019, a company that consulted and advocated for expert women, sponsoring them to companies looking to go farther faster in various go-to-market areas of expertise. Those who are part of the Statera Insights network pay it forward to non-for profits that support diversity and equality.

From January 2014 to June 2019, Kieran held the role of Senior Vice President, Go-to-Market & Chief of Staff at Skillsoft & SumTotal. In this role, Kieran was responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy and execution for Skillsoft & SumTotal's product portfolio across all geographies, channels and customer segments.

Kieran began their career at SkillSoft in September 1999 as the Global Director of Customer Loyalty Strategy where they were responsible for building and executing customer

Kieran King earned their bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware and has a certification from CEB (now Gartner) in The Challenger Sale.

They work with Christine Kaszubski - Chief People Officer, Michael Hughes - SVP, Head of Global Sales, and Clarissa Cerda - Chief Legal Officer. Kieran King reports to Vijay Balasubramaniyan , Co-Founder & CEO.
