Kim Greely-Dicks, CSM

Kim Greely-Dicks is an accomplished program and project manager with extensive experience in leading technical projects throughout the software development life cycle. Currently serving as Principal Program Manager at Pindrop since February 2019, Kim has previously held positions including Senior Project Manager at Digital Data Voice and Senior Project Manager at Lawson Software, where a notable multi-year issue management development project was completed for $5.8 million. Additional roles include Sr. Support Engineer and System Administrator, where successes in managing extensive technology rollouts and IT projects were achieved. Kim holds a Certified ScrumMaster certification from Watermark Learning and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Northwood Technical College.
