Jes Hovmøller

Jes Hovmøller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and operations within the production sector. Since September 2008, Jes has held several leadership roles at Pindstrup, including Chief Technology Officer and Director of Group Technology and IT Operations, focusing on the integration and optimization of production units. Previous responsibilities included overseeing raw material mining, planning, production, maintenance, and safety as both Plant Manager and Factory Manager. Jes also served as Head of Plant Technology and Project Management at OOO Pindstrup from May 2021 to September 2022 and worked at Aalborg Portland from December 2002 to August 2008 as Department Manager, handling kiln operations and maintenance. Jes's earlier career includes a role as a Commissioning Engineer at F.L. Smidth. Jes holds a degree in Procesopratør from FMTS, completed between 1991 and 1993.
