Adam Fisher

Adam Fisher, a Senior Counsel at Pine Gate Renewables, has an extensive background in finance and law. With experience in negotiating financing for various real estate portfolios, as well as specializing in business litigation, trade secrets, and employment-related issues, Adam has closed over $900 million in financing during their tenure at The Carroll Companies. Holding a J.D. degree from Elon University School of Law, Adam also has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
