Charles Adams

Charles "Richie" Adams currently serves as a Project Finance Associate at Pine Gate Renewables, having joined in May 2021. In this role, Charles supports the structuring and closing of renewable energy financing transactions while building complex financial models to assess acquisition targets and evaluate capital sources. Prior to this position, Charles was a Project Finance Analyst, where responsibilities included developing analytical models to assess corporate strategies and project risks. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, both obtained between 2016 and 2021. Additional experience includes roles as a Customer Care Coordinator at Weichert, Realtors, and as a Fund Administration Intern at Nuveen, alongside working as a Sales Representative at McCoy Motors.
