Karishma Padia

Karishma Padia is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate Director (Legal) at Tata Digital since March 2022, having previously held the position of Product Counsel within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at SAMVĀD: Partners and as Senior Legal Manager at ICICI Bank, where expertise focused on commercial banking, trade and supply chain finance, financial technology, and risk mitigation. Karishma Padia also worked as a Legal Manager at the Centre for Constitutional Law, Policy and Governance at NLU Delhi, and started legal career as an Undergraduate Research Fellow. Educational background includes a B.A. L.L.B. (Hons.) degree from National Law University, Delhi, completed in 2018.
