Chad Simon

Chad Simon has extensive work experience in the field of business intelligence and data analysis. Chad started their career in 1997 as a Technical Support Consultant at Grand Valley State University. From 2000 to 2004, they worked as a Customer Support Engineer at Computer Products and Resources. In 2004, Chad joined Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital as a BI Programmer Analyst, where they were responsible for designing and implementing business intelligence solutions using Microsoft BI Stack. Chad also managed the maintenance and administration of MS SQL Servers. In 2015, Chad joined Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services as a Lead Business Intelligence Developer, leading a team and playing a key role in developing and implementing the Reporting & Analytics Governance system. Chad also mentored new staff members.

Chad Simon completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Grand Valley State University, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained the Caboodle Development certification from Epic in September 2019. Chad also holds certifications in A+ from CompTIA, Certified Novell Administrator from Novell, and Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft, although the specific attainment dates for these certifications are unknown.
