Sara Jane Zwart

Sara Jane Zwart, LMSW is a Clinical Social Worker with experience at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services and Hawthorn Center. Sara Jane provided psychosocial assessments and therapy to teenage populations with emotional and behavioral disturbances. Additionally, Sara Jane interned at the Psychological Consultation Center at Pine Rest, administering and scoring testing protocols for ADHD. In between, Sara Jane was a Certified Personal Trainer at One on One Athletic Club.
