Daryl Jones has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Manager at the New York State Comptroller Office for seven years. Then, they became the Controller for the City of New Haven in 2014 and held this position until 2020. From 2020 to 2023, Jones worked as a Finance Director at Access Health CT. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Pine Street Inn.
Daryl Jones began their education at the College of the Holy Cross in 1986, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology Pre-Med. Daryl completed this program in 1990. From 1990 to 1992, Daryl attended New York University where they obtained a Master of Public Administration degree, specializing in Finance/Financial Management.

Pine Street Inn welcomes nearly 2,000 homeless individuals daily to provide short- and long-term solutions so that they can begin the journey out of homelessness and on to permanent housing.
