Lauren Schmidt, MPH, is a dedicated public health professional with extensive experience in program management and volunteer coordination. Currently serving as Program Manager at Pine Street Inn, Lauren previously held leadership roles at Housing Works, overseeing prevention and navigation services, and managing the Hepatitis C program. Lauren's experience includes project management at Massachusetts General Hospital, where work involved the Regional Disaster Health Response System. Additional roles at UNAIDS and the Peace Corps focused on community health initiatives, including HIV/AIDS education and capacity building for local organizations. Lauren Schmidt holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
