Nakia Adams

Nakia Adams, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at the YMCA of Greater Boston since September 2022. With extensive experience at Pine Street Inn from 2011 to the present, Nakia has held various roles including Senior Human Resources Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiter. Prior experience includes serving as a Regional Recruiter for the US Census Bureau from April 2008 to June 2011, where recruitment efforts were focused on opening offices in the New England and Puerto Rico regions. Nakia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Eastern Nazarene College, earned between 2004 and 2007.
