Currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Business/Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Pine Tree Independent School District since January 2003, Judy Downing manages all financial and business operations for the district. Previously, Judy Downing was the Director of Business Operations at White Oak Independent School District from 1997 to 2002, overseeing all business and financial activities. Early career experience includes working as a Staff Accountant at Karen A. Jacks & Associates, CPA, as well as office positions at Romco Equipment Co. and Sears, Roebuck and Co.
