Emmanuel Hapsis

Emmanuel Hapsis is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in podcast production and editorial leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Producer at Pineapple Street Media since October 2019, Hapsis leads the production of podcasts for notable clients such as Spotify, HBO, Netflix, CNN, and Amazon. Previously, Hapsis worked at KQED from September 2007 to July 2019, where responsibilities included directing the editorial vision for the pop culture section, creating and managing KQED Pop and The Cooler podcasts, and overseeing a team of freelance writers. Hapsis holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from California College of the Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Maryland.
