Hayley Lai

Hayley Lai has diverse work experience in the fields of marketing, communications, and journalism. Hayley currently holds the position of Vice President, Marketing & Communications, Asia at PineBridge Investments since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked at AXA Investment Managers as a Marketing & Communications Manager, Asia ex Japan from November 2017 to August 2023. Before that, they were involved in marketing roles at Barings from October 2016 to November 2017 and at Living Group from January 2014 to October 2016, where they focused on financial marketing and branding. Hayley also has experience in the public relations industry, having served as an Account Coordinator at LEWIS PR from July 2013 to January 2014. Hayley started their career in journalism, with positions as a Junior Reporter at Radio Television Hong Kong from September 2012 to July 2013 and as a Newsroom Intern at Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia from February 2012 to June 2012. Hayley has also worked as an Editorial Intern at Asia City Media Group from May 2011 to July 2011 and at Hong Kong Economic Times from June 2010 to August 2010.

Hayley Lai attended Hong Kong Baptist University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Communication (Honors) degree with a focus on International Journalism. Prior to that, in 2011 to 2012, they briefly studied Journalism and Business at Monash University.
