Wayne Shuai is an Executive Director, Head of Investment Strategy with over 15 years of experience in asset management across various functions such as client portfolio management, product strategy, and marketing. Wayne has worked with esteemed organizations including HSBC Global Asset Management, Nomura Asset Management, and ICBC International, successfully growing assets and launching new funds while maintaining strong client relationships in the Greater China region. Wayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tamkang University and a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Boston University.
