Angie Andresen

Angie Beri has over twenty years of experience as a human resources professional in nonprofit institutions, including Hackettstown Hospital and LifePath. In addition to a master’s degree in human resource development, Angie also possesses a master’s degree in counseling and human relations from Villanova University and had previously worked as a clinician for five years. Through the combination of her clinical and human resources skills, Angie specializes in employee relations, conflict resolution, and employee and supervisor coaching. In her role as vice president of human resources, Angie’s primary responsibilities include HR strategy, policy development, recruitment and selection, employee benefits, coaching, conflict resolution, worker’s compensation, and coordinating agency-wide trainings. Angie represents Pinebrook Family Answers by participating in a HR workgroup with the Pennsylvania Council of Children, Youth and Family Services. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and has previously served on the board of directors for Haven Behavioral Health Services.
