Martha Janicki

Martha Janicki is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in search and analytics, currently serving as Senior Product Manager for Search at Pinecone since August 2025. Previously, Martha held the same title at GIPHY, where responsibilities included managing the search experience of a gif library with over 1 billion daily searches. Additionally, Martha contributed as a Senior Product Manager for Analytics at GIPHY during its transition to a standalone brand under Shutterstock. Prior to GIPHY, Martha worked at Meta as Senior Product Manager for Analytics & Data Engineering and has a diverse background including roles as Full Stack Engineer at the Art Institute of Chicago and Product Manager at the International Rescue Committee. Early career achievements include serving as Technical Project Manager for the United Nations' Ebola Response and leading data research efforts for Professional and Technical Employees Local 17.
