John Shepherd

John Shepherd has extensive experience in children's ministry, currently serving as the Children’s Pastor at Pinelake Church since October 2017, following a similar role at Woodlands Church from March 2012 to October 2017. Prior to their children’s ministry positions, John held various roles including AC Service Technician at Aaron Mechanical Services, Youth Worship Leader at Humble Areas First Baptist Church, and Interim Youth Pastor at Field Street Baptist Church. Additionally, John gained experience as an HVAC Mechanic at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and worked as a Tutor at Group Excellence. John earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, completing the degree between 2007 and 2011.
