Mark Bland has been in the workforce since 1987. mark began their career at Claxton Poultry Farms as the Corp. Director of Human Resources. In 1991, they joined Pineland Telephone Cooperative, Inc. as President of the Board of Directors. In 2004, they became the Owner of Arrowhead Farms. Finally, in 2012, they became a Board Member at Candler County Hospital Authority.

Mark Bland attended The University of Georgia from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics (B.S.A.).
